Which System Do You Prefer?

Hello Dear Readers:

Today I want to bring to your attention a post that a great colleague of mine in the SFI business posted in our Forum.  His name is Melvin V from the Philippines.

"In a workplace, we succeed by competing with our co-employee's. We show to our "BOSS" that we are better than the other employee's, that we have a better credential or that we know somebody with big influence and we are sure to get promoted.  Sometimes people are promoted at the expense of other employee's.  We earn big when we show to our "BOSS" that we are above other people.

In Network Marketing, we succeed by teaching other people what we are doing so they can follow our Success.   We lead other people and show them an example of how to Succeed in what we are doing.   We only succeed if we help a lot of people learn and duplicate what we are doing . There is no competition,   just duplication of a system that already help other people to become successful. The more we help other people the more we earn.

The big question is, WHICH SYSTEM DO YOU PREFER?  The system that promotes competition or the system that promotes "Team work" by helping each other to Succeed. The choice is ours to make."
